Below are our general house cleaning inclusions, but we are happy to add or remove any items to this list. At Express Clean, our customers are always our number one priority!

We are happy to add or remove items to this list, depending on your own personal needs. Please just keep in mind that extra items will increase the time it takes to complete the clean.

toilet, including s-bend

wipe down surfaces, including the sink area and all bench tops
washing machine/dryer (external wipe down)

All quoted prices include us using our own equipment and chemicals
As a guide, please allow the approximate times for general house cleaning:
1 bed x 1 bath = 2hrs
2 bed x 1 bath = 2hrs
2 bed x 2 bath = 2-3hrs
3 bed x 1 bath = 2-3hrs
3 bed x 2 bath = 3-4hrs
4 bed x 2 bath = 4-4.5hrs
For any other bed and bath combinations, please call and ask for an obligation free quote. Please also keep in mind that it may take slightly longer on the first clean. Particularly if things haven’t been cleaned frequently or for quite some time.
