We aim to provide the highest quality, most affordable options for end of lease cleaning. We provide a guarantee on all of our end of lease cleans. You can rest easy, knowing that you won’t lose any of your hard-earned bond money.


If there are any issues with the items we cleaned that are included in ‘end of lease clean inclusions’, we will come back and rectify the issues for free. If it is not possible to resolve these issues, we will cover any out of pocket expense you have incurred due to these items not being cleaned.

  • We do not cover loss of bond from any existing damage to the property.

  • We do not cover loss of bond for the cleanliness of items that are not included in ‘end of lease clean inclusions’ (see criteria above).

  • We do not cover loss of bond for any external problems with the property, including garages, external windows and gardens (unless these have been added to a package).

  • We do not cover loss of bond from any personal items being left in the property; however, if we find personal items we will notify you of these.

Rates

Vacate cleaning charged at $40/hour + gst. Please contact us for an obligation free quote. ​
